Attempting Steam Punk

I’t’s Share Anything Sunday!

I went to my cousin’s 16^th birthday party yesterday which happened to be steam punk theme. While being happy for my cousin, I was also uber excited because steam punk fashion is awesome. I love how the Victorian style is reintroduced with a modern twist as well as how gadgets are intertwined with the theme. It was my first attempt to dress steam punk and I thought the costume turned out pretty cool despite being put together the night before. Here is a pic of my mom and I attempting steam punk!

Dressing nice for a party or gathering can go a long way in impressing guests and leave a longer lasting impression on them. They may also be more enticed to come up and speak to you since you are giving an image of interest and confidence which is what people are drawn to. Plus the hosts are happy that you actually participated in the theme!
