This may seem like a no brainer.. But I encourage everyone to save all emails, usernames and passwords used for any kind of online profile no matter what the purpose is. This is especially important for businesses with directory listings that list information that can potentially change such as address and phone number. The last thing you want is a confused customer. Many directory listings sites will force you to pay a service to access your listings if you are unable to log into your account, so even though the task of recording passwords may be tedious it is better for the long term.
